What gets deleted
When you confirm account closure, the following data is permanently removed from Artivio's systems:
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio, services)
- All job requests and their history
- Chat messages and conversation history
- Wallet balance and transaction records
- Reviews you have given or received
- KYC documents and verification records
- Any active boosts or pending notifications
This action is permanent.Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. If you have an outstanding wallet balance or active jobs, resolve these before closing your account. Artivio is not liable for any funds lost due to account closure.
Step-by-step instructions
Account deletion is done entirely within the Artivio mobile app. Follow the steps below.

Open the app and tap the menu icon
On the home screen, tap the menu bars icon in the top corner to open the main menu.

Tap "Close my account"
Scroll down the menu and tap the "Close my account" button. This will start the account closure flow.

Review the warning and confirm you want to proceed
The app will show you a summary of what will be permanently deleted and ask whether you'd like to continue."Tap "Continue to Close Account" to proceed, or "Cancel" to go back.

Tell us why you are leaving (optional survey)
You'll be shown a short list of reasons. Select the one that best describes why you're closing your account — this helps us improve Artivio for everyone. Select a reason and tap "Continue".

Confirm deletion on the final screen
The final screen shows a clear summary of everything that will be removed. Tap "Delete My Account" to confirm.

You are signed out immediately
As soon as deletion is confirmed, you are signed out of your account on all devices. Your account becomes inaccessible immediately, and your data is queued for permanent deletion from our systems. You will not be able to log back in.
What happens after deletion
Once you confirm closure, the following happens in sequence:
- ImmediatelyYou are signed out from all active sessions and your account is locked. No one can log in.
- Within 24 hoursYour profile is removed from artisan search results and is no longer visible to hirers.
- Within 30 daysAll personal data, chat history, KYC records, and wallet information are permanently erased from our systems.
