Artivio is free to download and browse. We charge a small service fee only when a job is completed successfully. Customers pay 3% processing fee, and artisans pay a 5% service fee on earnings

We use a secure escrow system. Customers pay upfront, but the money is held safely until the work is completed to their satisfaction. Once approved, payment is released to the artisan. This protects both parties and ensures quality work.

If you're not satisfied, you can dispute the work through our resolution center. We'll mediate between both parties and, if necessary, hold payment until issues are resolved. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Most customers receive responses from qualified artisans within a few minutes. For urgent projects, you can mark them as 'urgent' to get faster responses from available artisans in your area.
